At its core, The Self-Aware Leader builds on the language of the Insights Discovery model into eight dimensions of leadership. This lens gives each leader a unique viewpoint of their own style and also a much deeper appreciation of those that they lead.
With access to a leadership profile, specifically orientated to support a leader to understand their own leadership style, each leader dives deeply into who they are and who they want to be.

With a flexible design, The Self-Aware Leader can be delivered to individuals, teams of leaders or embedded within an in-house leadership development programme. Blended design means virtual or face 2 face engagements are equally impactful and deliver value.
